Job description:

1. E-Commerce Operations

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, images, stock availability and product information.
• Monitor website performance, functionality and customer experience, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee order fulfilment, returns, exchanges and refunds, ensuring smooth operations.

2. Sales & Promotions

• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, product launches and sales activities.
• Monitor online sales performance and provide recommendations to drive revenue and growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

3. Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage and optimize website and product content to improve visibility, engagement and sales.
• Assist in social media content, digital campaigns, paid advertising, SEO and other online marketing activities.
• Work with influencers, affiliates and external partners where required.

4. Customer Engagement & Market Insights

• Monitor customer enquiries, reviews and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and positive customer experience.
• Conduct market and competitor research and provide insights on e-commerce trends and opportunities.

5. Reporting & Team Support

• Track and analyze e-commerce and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Support and guide junior team members where required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online retail.
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, product listings, promotions and online sales.
• Good understanding of SEO, social media and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in retail or multi-channel e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
