Job Summary
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls to facilitate clear communication with clients and colleagues
Handle incoming and outgoing emails to maintain timely correspondence and information flow
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders accurately to support sales and for E-commerce
Enter sales data into reports to maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records
Update inventory stock records to ensure accurate tracking of company assets
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support team and company needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficient use of MS Office applications to complete administrative tasks efficiently
Knowledge of MYOB software
Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external contacts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity and meet deadlines
Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification as a foundation for administrative responsibilities
