Kerja Sepenuh Masa HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER - ASSITANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di MJETS AIR SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR and administrative operations.
• Manage recruitment and hiring of local and foreign workers, including onboarding and exit processes.
• Handle foreign worker permits, FOMEMA, immigration documentation and related compliance matters.
• Coordinate employee exit clearance, repatriation and flight arrangements for foreign workers.
• Maintain and update employee information and HR records in Infotech System.
• Well-versed in Infotech HRMS/Payroll System for HR, attendance, payroll and employee administration.
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external parties when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualification & Requirement:

• Min. 1 years of experience in HR and administrative work.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management /Business Admin Management or equivalent.
• Well-verse with Employment Act 1955; Industrial Relations Act 1967.
• People-oriented with the ability to perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & training.
• High proficiency Microsoft Office-Excel, Word & Power point.
• Prior experience in Aviation Industry is an added advantage.
• Able to commute KLIA and PJ office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
