Telco Fibre Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Fibre Sales Specialist to join our team and help customers find the right Fibre and FWA solutions for their homes.

In this role, you will combine sales, customer service, and basic technical support to guide customers through the complete journey — from product consultation and registration to installation and service activation.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Guide customers through the end-to-end Fibre / FWA registration and onboarding process.
• Drive and achieve store-level sales targets for Fibre and FWA products.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across relevant products and services.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support Fibre and convergence-related product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall store sales and conversion targets.

Fibre Installation & Fulfilment

• Perform fibre installation and ONT/router setup at customer premises.
• Activate and test Fibre services to ensure proper connectivity.
• Configure Wi-Fi and conduct basic connectivity checks.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation or connectivity issues when required.
• Ensure proper cable management, safety, and quality installation standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and system records.
• Take responsibility for assigned equipment, inventory, and tools.

Requirements

Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the following areas are also welcome:

• Computing / Networking

• Banking / Insurance
• Property & Development
• FMCG

Education

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess own transport (car).
• Willing to travel to customer locations based on business requirements.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing and field-based role.
• No prior fibre experience is required for suitable candidates who are willing to learn.
