Customer: To enhance customer experience by addressing their business pain points and ICT needs

Financial: To offer ICT solutions which enable revenue increase and/or reduction in business cost

People: To increase knowledge on available technologies in improving/transforming business practice

Acts as a strategic liaison between Corporate Division and ICT Division

Identify and raise Business Opportunities for ICT Division to remain relevant in Digital Delivery

Manage and maintains a constructive relationship between ICT Division and other Corporate

Division by understanding business drivers

Lead market potential products or services

Understands and partners with Corporate Holdco Division to assist with divisional business case

preparation and designing new services

Manage and oversee appropriate services and service levels are tailored to the division in

Corporate HoldCo

Provides a conduit to the ICT Division for customer complaints, compliments and feedbacks

Provides an escalation point in ICT for aligned business areas in the event of senior stakeholder

dissatisfaction

Manage information to ICT Division about Corporate Divisions plans, opportunities and needs

Plays a key role in intake of projects applying business analysis and business case expertise to

understand requirements, shape initial requests and provide high-level estimates of effort and cost

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shah Alam (40560, Petaling)
