To achieve assigned sales targets by developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and promoting company products and services, while supporting the sales team with minor amendments to general arrangement (GA) drawings, in compliance with the ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO37001.

Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through active sales execution.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and specifications, and recommend suitable product configurations.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in accordance with approved pricing policies.
• Follow up on sales leads, negotiations and order confirmations.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the sales team with minor amendments to GA drawings (e.g. dimensions, layout, accessories, annotations) for quotations and customer approval, based on approved standard designs.
• Submit amended GA drawings to the Technical/Engineering team for verification before release to customers, and keep drawing revision records.
• Maintain daily sales activity records, pipeline updates and periodic sales reports.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events when required.
• Comply with IMS requirements, company procedures and the Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest and Gifts policies.

Job requirement:

• Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle or manufacturing industry (fresh graduates considered).
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Business or a related field.
• Technical skills: Quotation preparation, sales reporting, CRM usage, MS Office proficiency; able to read GA drawings and make minor amendments using AutoCAD or similar.
• Soft skills: Communication, negotiation, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, self-motivated, disciplined follow-up.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
