Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in interior design and renovation.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Vray (optional) and other relevant design tools.

Good knowledge of renovation materials, construction methods, finishes and detailing.

Able to prepare design concepts, 2D/3D drawings and technical drawings independently.

Strong creativity, design sense, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Good teamwork, coordination and time management skills.

Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.

Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget and project expectations.

Handling all design related scopes including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.

Prepare 2D/3D drawings, detailed design presentations, working drawings and construction drawings.

Select suitable materials, colours, finishes, furniture, lighting and fittings according to the design concept and project budget.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors and suppliers to ensure design requirements are properly implemented.

Conduct site visits, measurements and inspections to monitor renovation progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project timelines, design revisions, material selections and site requirements to ensure smooth project execution.

Attend client meetings and provide professional advice, updates and solutions to design or renovation-related issues.

Ensure all design and renovation works meet the Company's quality standards, client expectations and project requirements.
