Role Description The Operation Assistant is a full-time on-site role based in Taman Sentosa, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. This position supports daily operational activities, including coordinating service schedules, tracking job progress, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves communicating with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on service requests. The Operation Assistant will assist in monitoring inventory, preparing basic reports, updating operational systems, and supporting the Operations Management team in improving processes. This role requires attention to detail, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to support daily workflows and coordinate activities effectively.
• Solid analytical skills to track data, identify issues, and assist with process improvements and basic reporting.
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer service abilities, including professionalism, responsiveness, and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., microsoft excel, microsoft word, email) and basic data entry.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, and collaborate within a diverse team.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, or customer support in an industrial or engineering setting is an advantage.
• Diploma or equivalent in business, operations, engineering, or a related field preferred.
