• Lead Recruitment Team, overseeing team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent recruitment performance.

• Set direction and drive team performance by monitoring recruitment targets, productivity, quality of hire, attendance, attrition, and replacement performance.

• Work closely with clients to understand workforce requirements, provide effective recruitment solutions, and ensure hiring needs are fulfilled within the expected timeline.

• Oversee the full outsource recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate recommendation, offer management, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up.

• Guide the team in high-volume sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, talent databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Monitor and improve candidate pipeline health, ensuring sufficient qualified candidates are available to support current and upcoming manpower requirements.

• Coach, mentor, and providing regular guidance, feedback, problem-solving support, and performance follow-up with team members.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to build a reliable talent pool and long-term workforce partnerships.

• Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews, identify gaps, and follow through on agreed action plans.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR, Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.

• Prior experience in leading, supervising, or coaching a team will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.

• Highly motivated, ambitious, sales-driven, and passionate about recruitment and people.

• Resilient, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding team targets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and take timely action.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley area.
