We are partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing and distribution sector on a search for a Human Resources Director. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for shaping the people strategy across the markets covered. The organisation is entering a significant period of transformation and evolution, creating an opportunity for an experienced HR leader to play a pivotal role in influencing business performance, organisational effectiveness and long-term capability building.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and business leaders, you will lead the people agenda through a complex and changing business environment. While overseeing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, the role is heavily focused on organisational transformation, change management and leadership enablement. Key priorities include driving organisation design and operating model alignment, strengthening leadership effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and building organisational capability to support future growth. The successful candidate will also assess and optimise the HR function, ensuring the right structures, talent and processes are in place to meet the business's evolving needs.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR leader with 15 to 20 years of experience and a proven track record of leading transformation, navigating complexity and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer, industrial or other operationally intensive environments will be highly valued, as will exposure to employee and industrial relations within a unionised workforce.
