Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Freight Forwarding.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Able to coordinate with internal teams and follow up on shipments.

Good in MS Office; experience with logistics systems is an advantage.

Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipments and deliveries.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery, order and logistics-related issues.

Prepare and update shipping documents, reports and customer records.

Follow up on shipment status and ensure smooth delivery arrangements.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
