ADMIN & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Remittance & Insurance Services

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 5-day work week

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Admin & Marketing Executive to support our daily money services operations and promote our remittance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

* Process remittance transactions accurately and assist customers with money services.

* Promote and assist with applications for SKIPPA insurance, including collecting and checking required documents.

* Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and through other communication channels.

* Prepare transaction records, reports and basic administrative documents.

* Support marketing activities, including social media content, promotions and customer outreach.

* Follow company procedures and requirements for customer identification, transaction processing and record-keeping.

* Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Administration or a related field.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Basic computer skills and confidence using office applications.

* Careful, responsible and able to handle transactions accurately.

* Able to multitask and work well as part of a team.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Experience in customer service, marketing, cash handling, remittance or insurance will be an advantage.
