We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to keep our business-critical applications running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, working with different teams, and making technology work better for users, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
Provide technical support and resolve application issues.
Monitor system performance and respond to incidents quickly.
Troubleshoot problems using logs, error analysis, and user feedback.
Work with developers, QA, and infra teams to fix root causes.
Document solutions, FAQs, and user guides.
Assist in upgrades, patches, and deployments.
Support basic reporting, data extraction, and configurations.

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years in application support.
Strong SQL skills for database queries.
Basic knowledge of networking, APIs, and web apps.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
