JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and monitor daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service centre activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery in accordance with company standards.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback and service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians and relevant departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor service centre performance, operational efficiency and customer service KPIs.
• Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service quality and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automotive service standards.
• Prepare operational reports, customer satisfaction reports and performance updates for management.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing, vehicle maintenance and after-sales operations.
• Understanding of automotive workshop operations and customer service processes.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and result-driven.
• Willing to travel to branches when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
