This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with automotive dealers, drive financing business growth and contribute to the development of competitive hire purchase financing solutions.


WORK LOCATIONS / REGIONAL COVERAGE

  • Klang Valley
  • Southern Region – Johor
  • Northern Region – Penang, Perak


What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hire purchase financing products, from product development to execution.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement product improvements to strengthen market competitiveness and meet dealers' evolving needs.
  • Monitor product performance, prepare business reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support management in developing business strategies and improving financing performance.
  • Assist in credit risk management, including credit assessments, overdue account monitoring and default risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Provide product training and guidance to internal teams to ensure effective product knowledge and execution.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and market trends.
  • Recommend innovative solutions and product enhancements based on market demands and dealer feedback.


What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree holders in any discipline.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated, mature and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure while delivering results.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest in the automotive, hire purchase or financial services industry.
