Job Description:

• Prepare callman commission in Microsoft Excel and MASTER account system.
• Prepare B&P Division staff incentives in Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare cost of sales involves accounting for all direct and indirect expenses in Microsoft Excel and MASTER account system related to B&P Division.
• Follow up on pending payments from debtor companies thru phone calls.
• Key in all purchase & sales transactions related to B&P Division in MASTER account system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare & upload payments for creditors by using MAYBANK2E.

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least a diploma/degree in accounting or finance or a professional qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in related field.
• Able to meet deadlines & result oriented.
• Proficient with computerized accounting & account reconciliation such as Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks & manage time well.
• Independent, requires minimal supervision & able to work under pressure.
• Proficient verbally & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills required are monthly closing, financial data analysis skills, cost management & financial model building.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
