Kerja Sepenuh Masa Customer Service Executive (CS), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 + commission di Everlink Logistics M Selangor - Maukerja

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics / Freight Forwarding.

Experience in import and export operations is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality, patient and customer-oriented.

Able to handle customer enquiries and coordinate shipments independently.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and shipping documentation.

Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

Support the Sales team by providing freight rates for import and export shipments.

Liaise with shipping lines and overseas agents to obtain competitive freight rates.

Negotiate with shipping lines to secure better pricing and favorable shipping terms.

Compare freight quotations and provide the best available rates to the Sales team.

Follow up on freight quotations and rate validity.

Open shipment files and prepare the necessary documents once bookings are confirmed.

Handover shipment files and relevant information to the Operations team for further handling and follow-up.

Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.

Maintain good relationships with shipping lines, agents and customers.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
