Kerja Sepenuh Masa Handyman (Hostel Management), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Easyhostel Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintenance & General Repairs: Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical and furniture repairs. (eg. bunk beds, lockers, lights),
• Move-out Inspections: Inspect rooms after tenants move out to check damages and prepare the unit for the next tenants. Generate simple inspection reports for management reviews.
• Meter Reading: Visit various hostel sites monthly to record electricity meter readings.
• Operations Support: Assist the management team by meeting new tenants to hand over keys and show room facilities.
• Site Travel: Travel to different property locations as assigned maintenance or urgent repairs.
• Coordination: Coordinate with external specialist contractors (eg. Air-cond, building management) for major repairs when necessary.

Job Requirements:-

• Experience: 1–2 years in general maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Skills: Hands-on ability to fix household fixtures and furniture.
• License: Valid B2 (Motorcycle) or D (Car) driving license.
• Education: SPM or Vocational Certificate (SKM) in a technical field.
• Communication: Able to speak basic BM or English to communicate with management or tenants.
• Attitude: Honest, punctual and polite (able to interact professionally with tenants)
• Availability: Willing to travel to different hostel sites as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
