Frontline Sales — Big Data, Cloud & AI

About the Role

You will drive direct sales of big data, AI and cloud computing products to enterprise clients in the assigned region — prospecting and developing accounts, working side by side with pre-sales and after-sales engineers, and owning customer satisfaction for your accounts from first meeting through repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing or a related field.

• Language required: Mandarin and English as main communication channel internally and/or externally

• A minimum of 5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in software, big data, cloud or AI solutions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and judgment skills.

• Self-motivated and resilient under pressure, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

·        Drive sales of big data, AI and cloud computing products to industry clients in the assigned region and achieve individual revenue targets.

·        Work closely with pre-sales and after-sales engineers to identify client requirements, formulate suitable solutions, and advance opportunities efficiently through the pipeline to close.

·        Own the full account lifecycle: prospect for new requirements, follow up on active opportunities, and re-engage existing accounts to expand footprint (cross-sell and upsell).

·        Provide structured product-improvement suggestions based on client demands and market changes.

·        Support marketing activities such as content preparation, client liaison and event coordination.

·        Serve as the overall owner of customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.

Compensation

• Compensation Model: Base Salary + Sales Commission / Performance Bonus.

• Pay Mix: Target compensation structure of approximately 50% base salary and 50% variable incentives.

• Incentive Calculation: Performance bonuses are linked to sales target achievement and overall task completion.
