High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.

Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Maintain and repair electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and other facilities.

Inspect and maintain shelving units, storage systems, and warehouse equipment.

Perform repairs on packaging and display equipment when required.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are functioning safely.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of warehouse, showroom, and office facilities.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments.

Ensure safe handling of goods and compliance with warehouse safety procedures.

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth daily operations.
