Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and responsible Sales Assistant to join our team. You will assist customers, handle online enquiries and orders, and support the daily operations of our showroom.

What You’ll Do

• Assist and attend to customers at the showroom.

• Respond to online enquiries, customer questions, and purchase orders.

• Assist with sales-related tasks and follow up with customers when required.

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

• Assist with stock-in and stock checking.

• Monitor stock levels and place restock orders when needed.

• Arrange and coordinate installation appointments with customers and the relevant team.

• Support other daily showroom and sales operations as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Friendly, positive, and pleasant personality.

• Passionate, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

• Able to commute to our workplace in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
