Competency Requirement:

• Well knowledge in computer

• 3 years experience in Store management.

• Min qualification- SPM/STPM

Training Requirement:

• Store Management

Key Role:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory stocks & records

• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Provide guidance, supervision, and support to Store Keepers in their daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all stock movements are properly controlled, documented, and accurately updated in the ERP system.

• Oversee the goods receiving process and ensure timely and accurate entry of Goods Received into ERP system.

• Ensure all materials and components are properly stored, organized and maintained.

• Ensure raw materials/ components are supplied to production on time, with the correct part number and quantities.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times.

• Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating and conducting monthly stock counts within the store area.

• Identify and implement improvements to store operations, processes and inventory management practices.

• Ensure Compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, company procedures, and Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP).

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from management from time to time.
