Saudagar Kambing Bakar or also known as is a Malaysian brand specializing in premium, halal grilled lamb dishes, expertly marinated and flame-grilled to perfection. Founded in the heart of Shah Alam, our mission is to deliver delicious kambing bakar (grilled lamb) that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia, while maintaining modern standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Currently, We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Rensponbility:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and workstations.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment when needed.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

• Assist in creating a welcoming and positive environment for customers.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is an advantage.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
