Job Description
- Manage record-to-report activities to maintain complete and accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries to support timely period-end reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to improve data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure key financial information is available on time.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules for internal reporting requirements.
- Review general ledger balances and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation for accounting activities and reporting records.
- Identify practical improvements to record-to-report processes and reporting quality.
A Successful Rtr Senior Analyst Should Have
- Practical experience in record-to-report and general ledger accounting activities.
- Ability to prepare journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting schedules.
- Strong understanding of month-end closing processes and account balance reviews.
- Ability to investigate financial variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Confidence in maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver reporting activities within agreed timelines.
