Are you passionate about technology, system integration, and solving operational challenges? Join our team at Renesas Warehouse, Cargo Sepang, and play a key role in improving warehouse operations through innovative system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Manhattan WMS and Scale WMS.
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist warehouse users.
• Coordinate system integration with the One Renesas Operating System and regional IT teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track system defects, and support system implementation.
• Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Required:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in WMS, IT application support, system implementation, system integration, or UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Manhattan WMS and/or Scale WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, barcode scanning, or system integration.
• Experience coordinating with regional IT teams and supporting system enhancements.
