Our client, a well-established and leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced Leasing professional to lead leasing strategies, drive tenant acquisition, and maximize occupancy and rental performance. Approximately 20%–30% travelling required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income targets.
• Identify and secure new tenants, including retail brands, F&B operators, and lifestyle retailers.
• Manage leasing activities, including tenant sourcing, rental negotiations, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and monitor rental trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners.
• Monitor leasing performance, occupancy rates, and lease expiries, and prepare regular reports for management.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, shopping mall leasing, or commercial property management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and business development skills, with a good understanding of retail leasing and market trends.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and able to work independently to achieve leasing targets. Existing relationships with retail brands or F&B operators will be an advantage.
