Kerja Sepenuh Masa Store Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di YIHETANG Selangor - Maukerja

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the beverage, café, tea, or F&B industry.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
• Manage daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and supervise the team to maintain efficient service and consistent beverage quality.
• Prepare staff schedules, arrange shift coverage and monitor attendance.
• Train and guide staff on beverage preparation, customer service, hygiene and operating procedures.
• Assist with drink preparation, order-taking, cashier duties and cleaning when required.
• Monitor sales performance and lead the team towards achieving outlet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving and inventory checks to prevent shortages, overstocking and wastage.
• Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and expiry dates are monitored.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Check daily sales, cash collections and payment records, and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety standards and proper equipment care.
• Submit sales, stock and staff updates to management.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
