As BioPearl continues to expand its outlet network, we are strengthening our management team and looking for capable individuals who want to grow together with the company and take ownership of the outlets they lead.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Beauty Consultant to lead our new Denai Alam outlet.

This is more than a day-to-day management position. We need someone who can take ownership of the outlet, build a strong team and working system, and drive the branch towards its sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations of the outlet
• Lead, train and monitor beauticians and outlet staff
• Drive outlet sales and achieve monthly targets
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable treatments/packages
• Monitor customer follow-ups, rebooking and retention
• Maintain excellent customer experience and service standards
• Manage staff scheduling, discipline and performance
• Implement and improve outlet SOPs and working systems
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management
• Work closely with HQ on promotions, campaigns and outlet growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the beauty, spa, aesthetic or wellness industry
• Branch Manager, Outlet Manager or Senior Beauty Consultant experience preferred
• Strong sales and consultation skills
• Strong leadership and team-management ability
• Organised, responsible and accountable for results
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

RM2,500 – RM3,500 basic salary, depending on experience and capability, plus sales commission/incentives.

More importantly, this role has room to grow. Strong performers may be given greater responsibility within BioPearl’s management structure as the company continues expanding.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Off Day: Monday + one half-day per week
