Role Description The Aircraft Mechanic (Private & Business Jet) is a temporary, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on private and business jets, including inspections, servicing, and component replacement in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and avionics issues, carrying out repairs and adjustments, and documenting all work performed to meet compliance and safety standards. The Aircraft Mechanic will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure aircraft availability, support rapid turnaround times, and maintain clear communication on technical status and issues.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in general aircraft maintenance, including Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for private and business jets.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure aircraft reliability and reduce downtime.
- Ability to perform diagnostics and Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic avionics systems.
- Hands-on experience working with Heavy Equipment and aircraft ground support tools safely and efficiently.
- Relevant technical certification or license in aircraft maintenance (e.g., Part-66 or equivalent), with authorization on business jet types preferred.
- Knowledge of aviation safety regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow technical manuals, and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam, including shifts, weekends, or extended hours as operationally required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
