Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and related documentation.
• Receive, verify and process supplier invoices, bills and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment listings for management approval
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and transaction entries in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending documents or payments.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, payment vouchers, journals and other accounting-related records.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers regarding invoices, payments and other accounting matters.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience will be an added advantage / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
