At EIG, we’ve built trusted beauty, wellness and skincare brands across Malaysia and the region. We’re now growing our digital and e-commerce presence, and we’re looking for a data-driven, creative CRM talent to own the customer journey from inbox to checkout.

Every email, segment and test you run will directly shape how customers discover, engage with and stay loyal to our brands.

What You’ll Do

Create emails customers actually want to open

• Develop engaging, personalised email content that reflects our brand voice and connects with each audience segment.
• Work with brand, product and e-commerce teams to turn launches, promotions and stories into high-performing campaigns.

Build smart automation that works around the clock

• Set up and manage automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back campaigns.
• Segment our customer base by behaviour, preferences and demographics for more targeted communication.
• Monitor and optimise workflows to improve engagement, conversion and customer retention.

Personalise the online experience

• Drive onsite personalisation across our brand websites to create more relevant customer experiences.
• Partner with UX/UI and IT teams to bring personalisation initiatives to life.
• Use website data and customer behaviour insights to identify personalisation opportunities.

Test, learn and improve

• Plan and conduct A/B testing across email campaigns and brand websites.
• Analyse campaign results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimise CRM activities to improve customer engagement, conversion and retention.

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, lead nurturing and retention campaigns.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimisation and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, e-commerce, IT and regional teams.
• Creative, customer-focused and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
