Account Assistant (SQL Accounting) | Sungai Buloh

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,100 - RM2,500 per month

Location: AL21, LOT841, Jalan Industri, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 40160 Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions using SQL Accounting.
  • Process customer and supplier payments accurately.
  • Issue Invoice (INV), Official Receipt (OR), Debit Note (DN) and Credit Note (CN).
  • Ensure SO, DO, INV, OR and customer payments are complete and tally.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Verify daily collections and ensure bank transactions match system records.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, filing and documentation.
  • Prepare accounting documents for monthly closing and audit purposes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Mandatory: Experience using SQL Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
