- Minimum requirement is SPM.

- Have experienced at least 2 years in coffee chain industry.

-Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.

- Assist and report to Outlet Manager/Area Manager on outlet operation matters.

- Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process according SOP.

- Master the skill and knowledge of SFC food and beverage preparation and serving.

- Master the skill and knowledge of SFC coffee brewing and preparation.

- Assure the opening and closing process is smooth and according to SOP.

- Assure the cashier operation process is smooth and according to SOP.

- Assure the marketing promotion implement correctly in outlet.

- To monitor and assure daily cashflow of outlet is accurate and healthy.

- Count and verify daily sales at the end of the day and proceed to bank-in according to SOP.

- Manage and monitor the growth and profit of outlet.

- Plan and schedule store labour effectively.

- Plan and schedule stock effectively.

- Assure the stock ordering and receiving is correct and in good condition.

- To train, guide and supervise staff’s work and development, and provide advise for poor performance staff.

- Identify business opportunities to maximize sales.

- Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping.

- Provides the best and quality service and to drive the team to practice the same.

- Assist Outlet Manager/Area Manager on paperwork and reporting process.
