Qualifications

• Product management skills, including roadmap development, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and coordination with engineering and design teams.
• Ability to conduct market and user research, analyze data, and make evidence-based product decisions.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven experience managing products in a hybrid or distributed work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within technology or consulting organizations is highly beneficial.
