Job Description

As a Service Crew member, you are the "face" of Hooya Kopitiam. Your main duty is to provide friendly, efficient service and ensure that every customer leaves with a delightful dining experience.

• Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide the best menu recommendations.

• Food Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to customers quickly, safely, and properly.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure dining tables, the counter, and the restaurant floor area are always clean, tidy, and comfortable for customers.

• Cashiering: Handle payment transactions at the cashier counter honestly and efficiently.

• Feedback Management: Handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally and politely.

• Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of daily restaurant operations.
