Job ResponsibilitiesDemi Chef/Chef De Partie (fusion)

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and hotel / restaurant standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
• Monitor food stock and minimise wastage
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or related field is an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bakery
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about food preparation and maintaining high-quality standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good time management and communication skills

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
