Tanggungjawab

We are hiring Production Operators to support daily production and packing activities at a food manufacturing facility in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform production and packing activities according to company SOP and work instructions.
  • Weigh, arrange and pack food products according to production requirements.
  • Lift and arrange products according to department requirements.
  • Fold cartons and apply product labels correctly.
  • Ensure products are properly handled, arranged and packed according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area.
  • Follow food handling, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Report any production or product-related issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform other production duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Fresh candidates are welcome.
  • Willing to work on day or night shifts.
  • Physically fit and able to perform standing and lifting work.
  • Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday.
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Salary

  • Normal Working Day (Monday – Friday), 12 hours: RM110/day.
  • Saturday Off Day, 12 hours: RM135/day.
  • Sunday / Public Holiday, 12 hours: RM165/day.
  • Public Holiday, 12 hours: RM190/day.
  • Attendance allowance: RM25/week.
  • Night shift allowance: RM5/day.
