Qualifications

• Candidates should possess familiarity with healthcare or clinical systems, or a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and regulations.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) is beneficial.
