Key Responsibilities

• Client Service: Greet guests warmly, offer refreshments, and guide them to the correct beauty station.
• Scheduling: Book, change, and confirm appointments using salon software.
• Communications: Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and manage social media inquiries.
• Financial Tasks: Process cash and card payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer.
• Sales: Promote retail products, gift cards, and special promotional packages.
• Maintenance: Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service, retail, or front desk roles.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking or POS software.
• Soft Skills: Friendly attitude, strong multi-tasking skills, and clear communication.

Pay: RM1,724.33 - RM2,016.57 per month
