Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.

Good negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willing to learn.

Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Identify and develop new customers for freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services.

Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations for shipping, transportation, and logistics solutions.

Follow up on sales leads, quotations, customer bookings, and business opportunities.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide professional customer service.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements and shipments.

Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Keep updated records of customer information, sales activities, and market opportunities.
