Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage

Job Description

• Assist with daily accounting administrative tasks

• Assist in preparing and organising invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other accounting records

• Assist with data entry and updating financial information in the system

• Assist in checking and recording transactions accurately

• Support the Account team in preparing basic reports and documentation

• Assist with filing and maintaining proper accounting records

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
