Kerja Sepenuh Masa Executive, Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Zaiyadal Aquaculture Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To handle pre-contract works such as preparation of proposal or tender document, comparison and analyzing of rate during tender and request for quotation.

2. To assist in preparing the wining price and preliminary estimated to client with intelligent information from Business Development (Water and Wastewater).

3. To give an advice on bill of quantity for client to prepared the document tender for tender process.

4. To execute site investigation or site visit together with Business Development and execution team before giving the budgetary.

5. Attend tender negotiation or tender clarification with management in tender process.

6. To established and annual review standard costing for future reference.

7. Guided for estimate the forecast budget.

8. Liase with authorities (e.g IWK) in assisting consultant for PDC approval.

9. Provide feedback to contract manager and management on estimated cost.

10. To monitor and handle all post-contract works of the project.

11. Review contract drawing and documents to highlight deviation.

12. Prepare the monthly progress claim and join site valuation with client's representative.

13. To check subcontractor certificate claim and arrange join site measurement on monthly basis.

14. To attend progress meeting arrange by client's representative.

15. Prepare for submission of variation order (VO) with supporting document.

16. To carry out re-measurement works for final account.

17. Provide feedback to contact manger and management on Variation Order Claims, Finalization of Project Accounts and other contractual matters.

18. Performed the brainstorming department business plan in budgetary including key performance indicator (KPI's) to be achieved.

19. To perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor in Quantity Surveyor / Bachelor in Construction Management

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 Years in related field work experience (HQ or Site)

SKILLS:

1. Microsoft Office (Skill in Excell)

2. Advantage for taking off software i.e Glodon, Cubic

3. Advantage for Project Management software i.e Microsoft Project (Work Planing)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
