Role Description The EPCC Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role oversees end-to-end EPCC activities for electrical, instrumentation, and measurement projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction and installation works. The Construction Manager leads site teams, manages subcontractors, and ensures adherence to safety standards, project specifications, schedules, and budgets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving technical and operational issues, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders and clients. The role also involves conducting site inspections, verifying quality of work, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily construction activities.
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs, track schedules, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and financial targets.
• Solid background in Construction and Construction Safety, with a proven record of enforcing safety procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Relevant experience in EPCC projects for electrical, instrumentation, and measurement systems, especially in industrial or energy sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Familiarity with local industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices in Malaysia.
