An established multinational technology and engineering solutions provider is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead its Singapore business through the next phase of growth and transformation.


This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of a $200M+ business in Singapore, leading a 600+ employee organization across sales, operations, and service delivery.

The role is designed for a balanced General Manager-someone who brings together strong commercial acumen with deep operational expertise. You will be responsible for driving 3-5% YoY growth, while ensuring disciplined execution across project delivery, service operations, and product quality.
You will lead a multi-layered leadership team, including sales leaders and an operations leader overseeing both project and service delivery, while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end business performance.

At its core, this role combines:

• Full P&L ownership with a focus on growth, margin, and financial governance
• Operational excellence, driving quality, safety, and delivery across a complex services and project environment
• Strategic market leadership, growing the business and strengthening customer and partner ecosystems
• People leadership at scale, building a high-performing, collaborative organization

My client is specifically looking for leaders with multi-domain experience (sales, operations, product/service), ideally from a manufacturing or technical environment, who can bring a strong operating philosophy, problem-solving mindset, and execution discipline.
