Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in reconciling vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the finance team during this busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor statements with company records.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and credit discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate vendor account information.
• Assist with providing documents for the year-end audit.
• Communicate with vendors to clarify account issues and collect missing invoices.
• Report progress and any issues to the finance team.

Qualifications:

• SPM Graduate with Certificate or Diploma in any discipline, Finance or Accounting field is preferred.
• Candidates with Finance or Accounting working experience but without Certificate or Diploma will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel is an added advantage.
