Assistant Manager / Manager – Commercial Washer Sales

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to lead business development and sales growth for commercial laundry and washer solutions across Malaysia.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial laundry equipment or related B2B industries, who understands the market, knows how to develop key accounts and has a proven ability to grow sales through dealers, distributors, projects and end-user relationships.

Experience within the commercial washer/laundry equipment space is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have established relationships within the local commercial laundry market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial washer sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial laundry sector.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
• Generate new leads through market research, networking and industry engagement.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution proposals.

Account Management

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and agreements.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

Market Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Identify new market segments and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
• Recommend pricing, promotional and sales initiatives to strengthen market share.

Project Management

• Coordinate commercial project requirements with customers, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Manage sales pipelines and ensure opportunities progress effectively.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Service and Operations teams to support smooth delivery and installation.

Reporting & Business Planning

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monthly business reviews.
• Track sales performance against targets and develop corrective actions where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within CRM systems.
• Provide market feedback to support product and business strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Service and Operations teams.
• Share customer and market insights to support business development and product planning.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.

Assistant Manager

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial laundry equipment, industrial equipment, building materials, HVAC, electrical products, commercial appliances or similar industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Manager

• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong background in key account management, distributor management and commercial projects.

Strong Preference

Candidates with hands-on experience in commercial washer / commercial laundry equipment sales will be highly preferred.

• Experience working with major players or leading dealers within Malaysia's commercial laundry market would be a strong advantage, particularly those who have managed relationships or business involving LaundryBar, Dobi Queen, CS Laundry or similar major operators/dealers.
