Kerja Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily procurement and administrative activities for the Machinery Department.
• Handle and process Machine Service Requisitions and Material Requests (MR).
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures and approval requirements.
• Request quotations from suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, order confirmation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery of machinery spare parts and consumables.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment of consumables and machinery spare parts.
• Review supplier invoices and verify details against Purchase Orders and delivery documents before submitting them to the Accounts Department.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Machinery, Workshop, Store and Accounts Departments on procurement matters.
• Provide administrative and procurement support to the Head of Machinery.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing is preferred.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Computer Literate.
• Experience in machinery spare parts/heavy equipment/automotive industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
