About Us

We are a leading food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and nutritious products to our consumers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Operations Intern to join our manufacturing team. This role offers hands-on experience in modern food processing, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Process Engagement: Participate directly in daily food manufacturing operations, tracking workflow efficiency and raw material handling from processing to packaging.
  • Standards Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and hazard analysis protocols (HACCP) to ensure a hygienic production environment.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current production lines, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Gap Analysis & Optimization: Bridge the gap between current production methods and optimal performance by proposing actionable solutions, improving workflows, and reducing waste.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), and present data-driven improvement findings to the operations manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Food Safety, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect data, identify operational gaps, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate smoothly with line operators and management.
  • High attention to detail, discipline, and a strong commitment to safety rules.
