About the Role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head our APAC Accounts Payable Centre of Excellence. This is a strategic, regional role accountable for delivering best-in-class AP services across APAC, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the AP COE, ensuring quality, cost-effective service delivery across APAC businesses
• Design, execute, and continuously improve the COE operating model in collaboration with regional stakeholders
• Establish and monitor KPIs/KCIs, reporting on service levels and operational effectiveness
• Provide oversight of all AP deliverables undertaken in Malaysia
• Drive process automation, standardization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure strong internal controls and governance aligned with policy and industry best practice
• Partner with APAC Heads of Finance and the regional Deputy CFO on strategy, priorities, and succession planning
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating clear career pathways for top talent

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Accounts Payable or broader finance operations, ideally within a shared services or COE environment
• Strong track record managing regional/APAC stakeholders and delivering against SLAs
• Experience implementing KPIs, controls, and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain talent
• Change agent mindset with a focus on automation and standardization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
