WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

A varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business.

1. Executive & Personal Support

• Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans and correspondence.

• Prepare meeting notes, track deadlines and follow up on action items.

2. P&C, Legal & Documentation

• Handle sensitive business matters with strict confidentiality.

• Coordinate agreements, legal documents, renewals and lawyer follow-ups.

3. Selected HR Administration

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee correspondence.

• Maintain confidential HR records and KPI review documentation.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

• Chase outstanding tasks across distribution, retail and restaurant teams.

• Consolidate reports and keep management projects on track.

5. Tech, AI & Smarter Workflows

• Use Google Workspace, spreadsheets and AI tools confidently.

• Help streamline reporting, documentation and routine processes.

6. International Business Support

• Coordinate supplier meetings, sourcing visits and travel logistics.

• Support overseas exhibitions and work-related conferences when required.
